Michelle Douglas has worked in Retail for over 40 years, 35 years in the Loss Prevention field, working in M&S, Sainsbury, and the last 15 years, heading up the Retail Risk function in River Island.
Michelle is passionate about protecting the store colleagues and supporting their Mental Health and has extensive experience of creating personal safety programmes.
