Dawn Dines, founder of UK registered charity, Stamp Out Spiking, has over two decades of subject matter expertise through campaigning and raising awareness. Dawn is the national lead on spiking issues and is often asked to provide consultation, guidance, and expertise to the Home Affairs Committees, National Press, media, film productions and household name brands in their spiking awareness marketing campaigns.
Her work includes coalface experience in raising spiking awareness, delivering training, campaigning for legislation changes, and supporting victims, giving them a voice. She is regularly asked to speak at National conferences as the spiking lead and was invited as an expert speaker to the Metropolitan Police roundtable on spiking and the Department of Education.
